Recipe: Mini Meat Loaves


Ingredients:
1 Small onion
¾ pound lean ground beef
½ Pound Ground Turkey
½ Cup Chili Sauce
½ Cup Plain Dried Bread Crumbs
1 ½ Teaspoons Chili Powder
½ Teaspoon Salt
¼ Teaspoon Pepper
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 Degrees F. Spray the dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place the onion on the cutting board. With a paring knife, cut off the ends. With the paring knife or your fingers, Peel off the skin. Discard the ends and skin. Crack the egg into a small bowl; discard the shells. Put the cracked egg, ground beef, ground turkey, chili sauce, bread crumbs, chili powder, salt, and pepper in the mixing bowl. Using your hands, mix the ground meat mixture until it is well combined. Then divide it into 6 portions. Shape the ground meat mixture into a large meatball. When they have lost their pink color that means that they are done.
